“From August 2017 to December 2017, I did an internship in a long/ short hedge fund as a fundamental analyst. My responsibilites includes conducting deep fundamental research of TMT companies such as Alibaba, Momo; conducting quick research on US companies during US earning seasons; recruiting interns for the fundamental research team and coordinating with a big data company to use alternative data to facilitate investment. 

I enjoyed this internship and learned a lot from it. Not only did I acquire a lot of basic knowledge about different industries and set up the basic frame of analysis, but I also improved my soft skills which are also vital for my future.

Internship is an efficient way for students to quickly integrate into the society and thanks to the university and GLEF, I had such wonderful experience to understand myself and the world better.”
